The CML formwork is a flexible, modular, versatile and technically perfect system for large and small construction companies; it provides significant savings in costs and execution time on site, thanks to its small number of accessories,  making it a COMPETITIVE system.
The CML formwork has a 1.00 mt. X 3.00 mt. size, with sub-variables of 0.90, 0.80, 0.70, 0.60, 0:50, 0:40 and 0:30 cm.; it is made of a cold steel profile paired with a 13-layer Finnish birch plywood panel 18 mm. thick, protected by a phenolic film, which allows to obtain perfectly smooth walls "at sight", even on a large amount of uses.
One characteristic that distinguishes it from other systems on the market is the painting process, which also includes the accessories in combination: a painting is done in immersion, for an excellent level of corrosion protection, high penetration, efficiency in the process, and a uniform film thickness on both sides.
With the use of the Container for the panels, it facilitates the flow of water and thus reduces any condensation. It also means a rapid and safe handling in the process of logistics.
The CML formwork, uses one element only for the union between the panels, the "ALIGNER LOCK": a system which Approaches, Blocks and Aligns with one single action. This is why there's no need to use of spreader bars or struts during the lifting of large-size partition walls.
The formation of L, U and T-shaped partitions is achieved with the panels, the sub-measures and with a minimal amount of accessories:

the assembly and disassembly are rapid and safe, obtaining a perfect fit in the composition, without the use of special angles.
With the use of the service shelves, we get a planking level, useful for the work in total safety. We obtain it with the panels both in the horizontal and vertical position.
